It is the desire of Larson Training Centers and its entire staff to provide for each student a positive and creative environment in which to learn. Believing that work is meant to be the full expression of what one likes to do, our goal is to train for future employment as well as encourage and affirm every graduating student in their own worth and importance.

In 1996, I was a homeless single mother with two young daughters. I was recently evicted from my apartment and my daughters were living with my mother so I could get back on my feet. I was able to find a temporary home at a shelter for women in Orange in the early part of the year. While there, I was offered a scholarship from Larson Training Centers to learn Medical Claims Processing. I took the opportunity and hoped that it was a sign of things to come.

I completed the course and was offered a job. My life is so much better than I expected it could be.

I want to personally thank all those at Larson Training Centers who helped me to learn the skills I needed to move beyond the hard situation I was in and gave me the hope I needed to succeed. I could not have done it without the scholarship I was given and the teachers who pushed me to take advantage of it and get it done.
